One of the most useful concepts I learned at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition was the concept of primary and secondary foods and how interdependent they are. What are primary foods, you might be thinking? These are the areas of your life that fuel you off the plate— your career, relationships, creativity, activity level, and spirituality, just to name a few! Secondary foods are what fuel you on the plate. As a holistic health coach, my job will be to meet you where you are and to help you find greater balance in both. You are beautifully unique, and there is no one size fits all approach to healthier eating and living. Together we will co-create an action-oriented plan that works for you! I’ll be there to cheer on your progress and coach you through your most challenging blocks. Mostly, though, I’ll be your person to turn to for unconditional support, motivation, encouragement, education, and inspiration! I’ve been where you are– I’m still doing the work!– and I can’t wait to help guide you on your journey!
I help my clients with many things like making cooking easier, healthier snack ideas, deconstructing cravings, finding balance and joy with movement, time management, establishing healthy boundaries, and inserting more play and pleasure into their lives!
Both my 3-month and 6-month programs consist of 12 sessions. Sessions are 60 minutes and can be done in person or virtually. 3-month program meets weekly. 6-month program meets bi-weekly.
